2 Eligibility for ride options are dependent on both driver-partners and vehicles meeting eligibility requirements. To be eligible for Black Van, driver-partners must have completed at least 20 trips, maintain a minimum rating of 4.85 and a cancellation rate of 15% or lower, complete the Rider Expectations on Uber Black module, and meet all other UberX requirements.
