This is based on a 40 hr/wk schedule Hourly based, can work less hrs. Performance incentives: bonuses for above average acceptance rate, rating, and time online/job ratio. There will be minimum expectation metrics to all of these, but exceeding these metrics will be rewarded.

We are a flexible company getting into this space. We plan on deploying more vehicles, with two in the pipeline already, so there is room for growth. We're open to people working minimal hours, as well as full-time, our goal is to keep the vehicle on the road 24/7!
